1. Your order was already placed and you do not need to order again.
2. Lookout for an email 48 hours after your order with your ESA approval from the doctor.
3. If it has been over 48 hours check your spam folder.
4. If you ordered a physical item like the “Official ESA™ Vest and/or ID Card” it will be shipped separately. Please allow 3-4 weeks due to supply chain issues.
