1. Your order is now being processed and will be given to one of our doctors to grant your ESA approval.
2. Stay on the lookout for an email within the next 48 hours with your ESA documentation from the doctor.
3. If it has been over 48 hours check your spam folder.
4. Do you need to add a second pet? Email us at [email protected], and include your 2nd pet’s name, breed at weight.
5. If you ordered a physical item like the “Official ESA™ Vest and/or ID Card” it will be shipped separately. Please allow 4-6 weeks due to supply chain issues.

Note: Due to Covid and recent world events, shipments are taking longer than usual, so please allow 4-6 weeks for them to arrive from our US based fulfillment center. Also be sure to unmark our emails as spam so you can receive updates on your order.
