1. Eligibility

The Tell Us About Your ESA Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Support Pets LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor

Support Pets LLC, located in the State of Florida (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins on December 12th, 2025 and ends on December 31st, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Contest Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Online Entry Only: Entrants may enter by completing the online entry form and submitting a story and accompanying photo through the Boast platform.

Limit: One (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

6. No Purchase Necessary

Submitting an entry is free. Making a purchase from Sponsor does not improve odds of winning.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries. This Contest is not judged on the content, quality, or creativity of submissions.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will attempt to notify winners via email or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, does not respond, or is otherwise disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. A maximum of three (3) alternate drawings will be held.

8. Winner Notification & Requirements

Potential winners may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of notification.

If a potential winner is a minor in their jurisdiction, the prize may be awarded to their parent/legal guardian.

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8–10 weeks after the Contest concludes.

Second Prize: $120 Amazon Gift Card

Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion.

No cash alternatives, substitutions, or transfers permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or functioning of the Contest.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Any attempt to disrupt the Contest may violate criminal or civil laws; Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

11. Content Submission & Rights

By submitting text, images, video, or other materials (“Content”), entrants represent and warrant that:

The Content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.
Entrant has obtained all necessary permissions from identifiable individuals or rights holders.
The Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material.

License Grant:

Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Content in Sponsor’s marketing channels, including but not limited to website, email, SMS, print, social media, and advertising.

Entrants waive any right to royalties or other compensation for such use.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject or remove Content at its discretion.

12. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any claims arising out of participation, including but not limited to:

Technical errors
Unauthorized human intervention
Lost, late, or misdirected communications
Personal injury or property damage
Other Contest-related issues

Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.

13. Intellectual Property & Similarity Waiver

Entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may receive or independently develop materials similar to the Content. Entrant waives any claim relating to similarities or compensation for such materials.

14. Disputes

Except where prohibited, disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. Florida law governs these Rules without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Sponsor’s Rights to Cancel or Modify

If the Contest cannot run as planned due to technical or other issues beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may terminate or modify the Contest and select winners from eligible entries received up to the point of disruption.

17. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

18. Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or technological disruptions.
