Here’s what to expect:

1. You’ll receive an email shortly with instructions on how to schedule your video consultation the medical professional, through WellCare Live.
2. Once scheduled, your consultation will be held via video chat with a licensed medical professional in your state, who will complete your ESA evaluation.
3. After the consultation, if approved, your Official ESA® documentation will be sent via email within 48 hours.
